Dear Almond Families,

Tomorrow afternoon is a favorite Almond tradition: our Halloween carnival! Through the use of smoke, mirrors and cobwebs, Almond has been transformed into a spooky school! Please remember that the students are not allowed to wear their costumes during the day, but I can’t wait to see them in their creative get-ups starting at 3:30! This is not a drop-off event, so please be sure to stay with your kiddos for the afternoon.

We hope to see everyone there for this community-building event! Thank you to all of the volunteers who have made this happen for our ghosts and goblins.

Boo!  Come one, come all to the Almond PTA Halloween Carnival tomorrow, October 26, from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm!

We’ll have all the favorites: Games, decorations, music, food, pumpkin-carving contest and the ever-popular Cupcake Walk.  The kids love it, and the proceeds benefit our school.  This is not a drop-off event.  The carnival is run by student and parent volunteers, so please sign up to volunteer here. We’ve raised $2 million, but need another $1.5 million to fully fund this school year.
